New Travel Portal courses available now in Passenger Academy

Today, we are pleased to share two new Passenger Academy courses to help clients and their business customers set up and use our business-to-business solution, Travel Portal. The solution is a pay-as-you-go, self-service online portal for instantly purchasing and distributing mobile travel tickets to groups. Businesses, schools, universities and colleges throughout the UK use the Travel Portal to purchase student and staff tickets.

The new Travel Portal Manager course teaches operators everything they need to know to manage tickets and billing. The Travel Portal for Businesses course is designed for business customers, supporting operators in scaling out the solution quickly to more businesses. The course reduces the need to train businesses individually to make the most of the tools provided, getting them up and running faster.

Operator staff accounts with the Travel Portal manager role in Passenger Cloud are automatically enrolled on both Travel Portal courses, giving immediate access to the new courses.
