Introducing Favourites for myTrip app

In our latest myTrip app update, riders will now see a new menu item called Favourites. Using the favourite icon found on the app’s bus stops and departure boards, riders can add stops to their favourite list, ensuring information is quickly available when they need it most.

Long a part of Passenger’s popular white-label app solution, Favourites are an important element of personalising the app experience.

With over 65 UK bus operators retailing their bus tickets through the myTrip solution, this update brings a much-loved feature to thousands of monthly active customers.

Using the Favourite icon, indicated by a small star, found on bus stops and departure boards, riders can add stops to their favourite list, ensuring information is quickly available when they need it most. Riders can even set myTrip to open with the new Favourites list when the app starts, through the app’s customisable start screen option.
