Between 12th-14th May 2025, Passenger will celebrate its 10th anniversary alongside long-time partner and conference hosts Nottingham City Transport at ALBUM’s 2025 Conference in Nottingham.

We’ll be celebrating a decade-long strategic partnership, which has been instrumental in NCT’s ongoing commitment to customer-centric innovation.

The six-time UK Bus Operator of the Year winner is a significant voice within ALBUM and is hosting the association’s annual conference at a pivotal time for the industry. Advocating for a diverse, inclusive bus market that values the sector-leading contributions of small and medium-sized operators, ALBUM represents 40 bus operators responsible for the operation of over 5,000 buses in the UK.
